Terms and Conditions of 45rr: Betting Platform Rules

By accessing, registering, or using any service on the platform 45rr — including Sports Betting, online casino, bonuses, promotions, and any features available on the website or app — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all the terms and conditions set out in this document.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms and Conditions, you must not create an account or use the services of 45rr. Continued use of the platform after changes to this document constitutes automatic acceptance of the new terms.

To create an account and use the services of 45rr, you must meet all of the following criteria:

• Be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age as of the date of registration.
• Be a resident of Brazil with a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into contracts under Brazilian law.
• Not be enrolled in an active self-exclusion program on the platform or in any equivalent program.
• Not be an employee, partner, or immediate family member of a 45rr employee.
• Not have had an account previously closed by 45rr for violating these terms.

The 45rr reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify compliance with the above requirements. Failure to provide the requested documents may result in a temporary suspension or permanent closure of the account.

Each user may hold only one (1) active account on the platform 45rr. Creating multiple accounts — whether by the same individual or through different devices, email addresses, or identity documents — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate cancellation of all accounts involved and the forfeiture of any balances and bonuses.

By creating your account, you agree to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information, including your full name, CPF, date of birth, address, and contact details. Any changes to this information must be reported to 45rr immediately through the available support channels.

• Your account password is your sole responsibility. Use a strong password and never share it with anyone.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify 45rr support immediately.
• 45rr will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account by third parties.
• You are responsible for all bets and transactions made from your account, with or without your authorization.

The identity verification process (KYC — Know Your Customer) may be required before withdrawals are released or certain platform features are activated. Documents typically requested include a government-issued photo ID, proof of recent residence, and in some cases, proof of ownership of the payment method used.

The 45rr accepts only Brazilian payment methods in BRL. Deposits in foreign currencies or through payment methods from other countries are not accepted.

All deposits must be made from bank accounts and payment methods registered in the name of the account holder at 45rr. Deposits made by third parties will be returned and may result in account suspension.

To request a withdrawal at 45rr, the user must have completed the identity verification process (KYC) and must not have any active bonuses with pending rollover requirements on the requested amount.

• Pix withdrawals are processed within 10 minutes of approval, available 24 hours a day.
• TED withdrawals are processed within 1 business day from approval.
• The minimum withdrawal is R$ 30.00. There is no maximum per withdrawal, though high-value requests are subject to review.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same account or payment method used for the deposit, always in the account holder's name.
• 45rr charges no fees on withdrawals made via Pix.

The 45rr reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing high-value withdrawals or in cases where irregularities are suspected. The review period in such cases may be up to 5 business days.

The 45rr offers bonuses and promotions to its users, including a welcome bonus of up to R$ 500.00 on the first deposit. Each promotion has its own specific terms, which take precedence over the general provisions of this section.

• Welcome bonus: available for new users on their first deposit only. Minimum deposit to activate: R$ 50.00.
• All bonuses are subject to rollover requirements (minimum wagering before withdrawal). The rollover requirement for each promotion is stated on the respective offer's page.
• Bonuses have an expiry period counted from the date of credit. Unused bonuses are automatically canceled when they expire.
• Only one welcome promotion is permitted per user/household/device.
• Bets placed with bonus funds at odds below a specified minimum (as stated in each promotion's terms) may not count toward the rollover.

The 45rr reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, provided this does not affect rights already acquired by users under the conditions in place at the time of their participation.

Bets on the platform 45rr are placed in real time based on the odds available at the moment the bet is confirmed. A confirmed bet is final and cannot be cancelled or changed by the user, except when the cash-out feature is available and active.

• The result used to settle bets is always the official result confirmed by the competition's governing body (CBF for Brasileirão and Copa do Brasil, CONMEBOL for Libertadores and Sul-Americana, etc.).
• Bets are settled based on the result at the end of regular time (90 minutes), unless otherwise indicated for the specific market.
• If an event is cancelled, suspended, or postponed by more than 48 hours, all bets are voided and the amounts returned to the account balance.
• 45rr may suspend betting on any market at any time for operational, integrity, or regulatory reasons.
• Bets placed after an event has started — even due to a technical fault — may be voided at 45rr's discretion.
• Cash-out is available on selected markets and may be disabled during periods of odds instability or near the end of an event.

Parlay (combined) bets follow the same rules as each individual market. If one selection within a parlay is voided, that selection's odds are replaced by 1.00 and the remaining selections stay valid.

The casino at 45rr offers slots, blackjack, roulette, baccarat, live casino with real dealers, crash games, and other gambling titles. All games use certified random number generators (RNG) or are streamed live from licensed studios.

• The outcomes of all casino games are determined by RNG or by physical processes in live games, ensuring provable randomness.
• 45rr does not manipulate casino game results to benefit the platform beyond the inherent house edge of each game, which is disclosed on the respective game pages.
• Technical failures during a game session will be investigated using server logs. In the event of a disconnection, any rounds already in progress will be completed based on the state recorded on the 45rr server.
• Bets placed on casino games using a bonus may be subject to market restrictions as set out in the applicable promotion's terms.

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once set, a limit can only be lowered with immediate effect; increases take effect after 7 days.
• Session time limit: Set a maximum session time for platform use. Once the limit is reached, you will be logged out automatically.
• Voluntary break: Temporarily suspend your account for 1, 7, 30, or 90 days. During the break, access to the platform is blocked but your balance is preserved.
• Self-exclusion: Close your account permanently or for a defined period. Accounts under self-exclusion cannot be reactivated during the active period.

The 45rr may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following situations:

• Providing false or fraudulent information during registration or in any submitted documentation.

• Use of automated software, bots, or any tool that provides an unauthorized advantage.
• Creation of multiple accounts by the same user.
• Abusive or threatening behavior toward support staff or other users.

In the event of closure due to fraud or a serious breach, the 45rr reserves the right to hold the account balance pending the conclusion of internal investigations and, where applicable, to report the matter to the relevant authorities.

The 45rr makes every effort to keep the platform available and fully operational 24 hours a day. However, service availability may be affected by scheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party outages, or events beyond the platform's control.

• 45rr is not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions caused by external factors, such as internet provider outages, third-party server instability, or force majeure events.
• 45rr is not responsible for betting decisions made by users based on third-party information, including tips published on the platform, which are provided for informational purposes only.
• If a technical error results in incorrect odds, 45rr reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the staked amounts, without paying any winnings calculated on the basis of the incorrect odds.

The 45rr may update these Terms and Conditions periodically to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. Material updates will be communicated to users at least 7 (seven) days in advance, by email or platform notification.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of the updated terms constitutes acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the new terms, you must close your account before they take effect.

These Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by Brazilian law, including the Brazilian Civil Code (Law 10,406/2002), the Consumer Protection Code (Law 8,078/1990), the General Data Protection Law (Law 13,709/2018), and the specific legislation applicable to fixed-odds Sports Betting in Brazil.

Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, Brazil, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.
